Brand Lead

About the role

Upwind, a next‑generation cloud security platform, is seeking a Brand Lead to shape how the company looks, sounds, and feels across every touchpoint. You will own the brand’s visual language, narrative, and experience, turning complex security concepts into memorable stories that resonate with engineers, DevOps, and CISOs.

Key responsibilities

• Steward and evolve Upwind’s identity, voice, and messaging guidelines across all channels.
• Translate product positioning into a cohesive narrative for ads, booths, websites, and sales decks.
• Concept, produce, and launch integrated brand campaigns.
• Direct creative output across design, video, motion, and photography, managing briefs and partners.
• Own the brand experience of the website, collaborating with growth and design teams.
• Manage Upwind’s organic social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) including content calendar and community engagement.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, production houses, and freelancers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, high‑ownership mindset with a track record of leading brand initiatives.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with growth, product, design, events, and sales teams.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to research, create, and iterate quickly.
• Strong storytelling ability that can simplify technical concepts for a security‑focused audience.
