About the role

The Guest Service Expert creates memorable dining experiences for guests at our Sheraton hotel. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for service, ensuring tables are ready, and supporting smooth communication between the kitchen and the dining floor.

Key responsibilities

Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and replenish supplies throughout service.
Communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Interact with guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide courteous service from seating to bill presentation.
Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb (or up to 50 lb with assistance) and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
Read and verify menu information, assist guests with menu selections, and handle transactions as part of the overall experience.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Less than one year of related hospitality or food‑and‑beverage experience; no supervisory experience required.
