About the role

Sullivan & Worcester’s Tel Aviv office is seeking a High‑Tech Associate to join its international legal team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑tech transactions and commercial matters within a leading AmLaw 200 firm.

Key responsibilities

Assist senior lawyers on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements for high‑tech clients.
Conduct legal research and draft documentation related to technology‑focused deals.
Support cross‑border matters, collaborating with teams in Boston, London, New York and Washington, DC.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic legal advice.

Required profile

1–4 years of relevant legal experience.
Demonstrated experience with investment transactions, M&A and commercial agreements.
High‑level proficiency in English.
Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
