About the role

We are seeking a motivated Labour Law Attorney to join our leading Labour Law Department. You will work with a diverse portfolio of Israeli and international clients, providing strategic advice on employment matters that intersect with commercial and human‑resources considerations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise start‑ups, corporations and public‑sector entities on a broad range of employment‑related issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate employment agreements and related contracts.
• Support complex commercial transactions with employment‑law implications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate labour‑law insights into business strategy.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of post‑qualification legal experience.
• Law degree from a recognised academic institution.
• Strong commercial instinct and proactive mindset.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience in contract drafting.
• Knowledge of labour and employment law.
