About the role
Sullivan & Worcester’s Tel Aviv office is seeking a High‑Tech Associate to join its international legal team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑tech transactions and commercial matters within a leading AmLaw 200 firm.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements for high‑tech clients.
- Conduct legal research and draft documentation related to technology‑focused deals.
- Support cross‑border matters, collaborating with teams in Boston, London, New York and Washington, DC.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic legal advice.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Demonstrated experience with investment transactions, M&A and commercial agreements.
- High‑level proficiency in English.
- Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
