Air Operations Coordinator

About the role

Maersk is seeking an Air Operations Coordinator to manage export and import air shipments from its Tel Aviv Airport office. You will act as a key liaison between customers, terminals, carriers and internal teams, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Handle export and import air shipments.
• Maintain relationships with customers, terminals, Maersk destination offices, carriers and suppliers.
• Execute end‑to‑end carrier booking transactions, follow‑up and billing.
• Own the resolution of customer queries and issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in import/export air‑freight operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable picking up the phone.
• Problem‑solving mindset, willingness to learn and high responsibility.
• Excellent attention to detail.
