About the role

ISCAR ltd is looking for a dynamic Global Customer Service Representative to join its diverse team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the company’s reputation for excellent service across international markets.

Key responsibilities

Interact with international branches and customers, coordinating with internal departments to ensure high‑quality service.
Manage order processing, track shipments and monitor delivery status.
Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly and represent customer needs within the organization.
Support import/export activities and assist with logistical‑commercial processes.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience with information systems and familiarity with logistical‑commercial processes.
Service‑oriented mindset with strong reliability and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.

Required skills

Proficiency in using information systems for order and shipment management.
