Front Office Manager

About the role

As the Front Office Manager you will lead the front desk team in delivering Six Senses’ vision of sustainable, wellness-focused hospitality. You will be responsible for the overall guest experience from arrival to departure while ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and review room amenities, services, products and rates to keep them aligned with Six Senses’ wellness and sustainability practices.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team of hosts to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities, room types, rates, packages and credit policies.
• Process advance deposits, manage guaranteed reservations and handle no-show policies.
• Oversee guest history and profile systems in collaboration with the Reservations Manager.
• Coordinate with Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B and the Director of Rooms to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stays.
• Enforce policies, procedures and best practices while promoting a cost-focused culture.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, financial and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Three to four years of front office/guest services experience, including management responsibilities.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Legal right to work in Israel.
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Opera experience is a plus.
