Onboarding & System Implementation Specialist

About the role

Ontopo is seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding & System Implementation Specialist to guide restaurant partners through the adoption of its hospitality SaaS platform. This full‑time role blends office work at the Ramat Gan headquarters with daily visits to venues, allowing you to turn your hospitality experience into a technology career.

Key responsibilities

• Lead restaurant partners through the full onboarding and implementation process.
• Analyse each venue’s operational needs and configure the Ontopo platform accordingly.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to managers and staff, both on‑site and remotely.
• Travel daily to customer locations to support go‑live and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant teams, acting as a trusted partner during transition.
• Collaborate with internal Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve the onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, hotels or a similarly demanding customer‑facing environment.
• Strong presentation and public‑speaking abilities, comfortable training groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse personalities.
• Fluent in Hebrew with strong English communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to work full‑time from the Ramat Gan office and travel daily to client sites.
