Community Manager for New Mindspace Beyond Workspace

About the role

Mindspace is launching its new Beyond location in the Tel Aviv‑Givatayim area – a 10,000 sqm premium workspace that blends offices, shared areas, events and wellbeing zones. As the Community Manager you will be the face of the space, building the community from day one and ensuring every member receives the hospitality Mindspace is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and nurture the Mindspace Beyond community, shaping its culture and member experience.
• Develop strong, day‑to‑day relationships with members, acting as their trusted point of contact.
• Design and execute onboarding journeys, events, networking initiatives and content that foster engagement.
• Identify member needs, resolve issues promptly and continuously improve the experience.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, Operations and Sales teams to support tours, renewals and enterprise accounts.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into service and community enhancements.

Required profile

• 3+ years in community management, customer success, hospitality, events or a similar high‑touch role.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Excellent communication in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how member experience drives retention and growth.
• Experience with enterprise/B2B clients and opening new locations is a strong advantage.
