User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Flare is seeking a data‑driven User Acquisition Specialist to own and scale paid user acquisition across multiple channels. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing campaigns that drive growth for our legal‑tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, affiliate networks and other platforms.
• Conduct industry and competitive research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Develop, test and optimise ad creatives, messaging and landing pages.
• Set up new acquisition initiatives from scratch, iterating strategies based on performance.
• Create and run A/B testing plans for copy, bidding strategies and funnels.
• Collaborate with design, product and analytics teams to align marketing efforts and report actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing Google and social media campaigns at scale.
• Proven experience in D2C/B2C user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Self‑starter able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into visual content.
