Community Manager – Beyond

About the role

We are looking for a Community Manager to help launch Mindspace Beyond, a new 10,000 sqm premium workspace in the Tel Aviv–Givatayim area. You will be one of the first faces of the location, building the community and member experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture the Mindspace Beyond community, creating culture, connections and a seamless member journey.
• Act as the primary point of contact for members, handling onboarding, support, and relationship building.
• Plan, organise and execute networking events, content programmes and other community initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager, Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations and support member retention and growth.
• Gather member feedback, translate insights into service improvements and identify partnership opportunities within the Beyond ecosystem.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in community management, customer success, hospitality or a high‑touch client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proactive, hands‑on mindset with strong organisational abilities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Experience supporting the launch of a new location or hospitality concept is a strong advantage.
