About the role
As a Bellboy, also referred to as a Guest Arrival Expert, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing from our Sheraton hotel in Tel Aviv. You will create memorable first and last impressions by delivering personalized service and guiding guests through a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage handling.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete required reports.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to company policies.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as required.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Israeli ID or a valid work visa.
- No prior experience or supervisory experience required.
