Wine Consultant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

As a Wine Consultant at Club Med Resorts you will be the face of our wine and spirits service, delivering personalized recommendations to guests across a variety of dining venues. You will work in a vibrant, multi‑faceted environment that includes buffets, bistronomic restaurants, theme bars and tasting cellars.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and serve guests, tailoring wine and spirit selections to individual preferences.
• Sell wines à la carte, by the glass, and premium spirits in resort bars and restaurants.
• Manage inventory, replenishment and proper conservation of wines and spirits for 600‑1000 guests.
• Train bar and restaurant teams on wine sales techniques and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health‑and‑safety rules and uphold the resort’s heritage.
• Contribute to the financial performance of the beverage department by driving additional sales.
