Fine Dining Server – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Fine Dining Server will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests at The Ritz‑Carlton in Herzliya. You will ensure each dining experience reflects the brand’s Gold Standards, providing attentive, courteous, and professional service throughout the meal.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages, set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Answer guest questions on menu selections and communicate any special dietary needs to the kitchen.
• Record orders in the MICROS POS system and present accurate checks for payment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction during each course, address concerns promptly, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Complete closing duties such as restocking, turning off lights, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
• Follow all company safety, security, and uniform policies, and report any incidents.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related fine‑dining or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb unaided and over 50 lb with assistance, and navigate stairs or ramps.
