Sailing Instructor (M/W)

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Sailing Instructor and share your passion for sailing with guests from around the world. You will deliver group and individual lessons, ensure safety on the water, and help guests discover the joy of sailing in spectacular resort locations.

Key responsibilities

• Teach sailing to beginners and experienced guests in both group and private settings.
• Provide clear safety briefings and navigation information for adults and children.
• Supervise tailor‑made services and private lessons, ensuring high‑quality customer experiences.
• Promote sailing activities within the resort and act as a brand ambassador for Club Med.
• Maintain and care for sailing equipment supplied by partners such as Hobie and Tiwal.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med hygiene, safety standards, and asset maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic educator who can transmit technical and safety rules effectively.
• Responsible and reliable, able to manage the smooth running of nautical activities.
• Passionate about helping guests progress, challenge themselves, and enjoy the sport.
• Willingness to travel and work in various resort locations worldwide.
• Open to candidates with disabilities.

Required skills

• Sailing proficiency and knowledge of nautical safety.
• Experience delivering group and individual sailing instruction.
• Ability to operate and maintain professional sailing equipment (e.g., Hobie, Tiwal).
