Wine Consultant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Wine Consultant and become the wine ambassador for our premium all‑inclusive resorts worldwide. You will work in a vibrant, multi‑faceted environment that includes restaurants, bars, tasting cellars and bistronomic venues, delivering memorable wine experiences to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise and serve guests, personalising wine and spirit recommendations.
• Sell wines à la carte, by the glass, and prestige spirits across resort bars and restaurants.
• Manage inventory, replenishment and conservation of wines and spirits for 600‑1000 guests.
• Train bar and restaurant teams on wine sales techniques and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health, safety and heritage guidelines.
• Develop additional sales initiatives and help optimise the department’s financial results.
