Front Desk Agent – Guest Services

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent at Club Med Resorts you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth stay. You will combine hospitality expertise with a friendly, solution‑oriented attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle departures efficiently.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, answer guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about resort services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information media for guests, including brochures, maps, and activity schedules.
• Collect invoices, control deferred operations, and ensure accurate billing for stays and on‑site sales.
• Collaborate closely with housekeeping, laundry, catering and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Promote internal sales opportunities and process related invoicing.
• Uphold Club Med health, safety and quality standards, and protect resort assets.
• Stay fully informed about resort facilities, activities and local attractions to advise guests.

Required profile

• Sociable and able to build trusting relationships with international guests.
• Helpful, attentive and capable of finding appropriate solutions quickly.
• Fluent in at least two languages.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
