Website Marketing Specialist

About the role

Priority Software is looking for a Website Marketing Specialist to own and optimise its global, multilingual digital presence. You will lead a network of vendors, drive conversion performance, and ensure seamless integration of marketing technologies across the WordPress ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between development, design, analytics, AI, and infrastructure vendors to deliver on a shared roadmap.
• Direct vendor‑led development of a multi‑LOB, multilingual WordPress site, including migration of subsidiary sites and oversight of plugins, server, and security.
• Maintain SEO/AEO best practices and performance standards.
• Own CRO strategy: design and run A/B tests, optimise pop‑ups, create smart landing pages using GA4, GTM and CrazyEgg data.
• Design website visuals for brand consistency and collaborate with PPC and social teams.
• Manage AI chatbot strategy (English/Hebrew), overseeing LLM/CDN setup and HubSpot integration.
• Integrate and manage all marketing technologies linked to WordPress, including HubSpot and cookie‑consent compliance.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Hebrew and English.
• Proven experience managing multilingual, multi‑LOB WordPress sites.
• Track record of managing external development, design, and technology vendors.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, CRO tools and A/B testing platforms.
• Experience with SEO/AEO, web security, and cookie‑consent compliance.
• Hands‑on experience integrating HubSpot forms and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms; e‑commerce or interactive‑tour tech is a plus.
