Director of Corporate Communications

About the role

Innoviz Technologies, a global leader in LiDAR solutions, is seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Communications to shape and drive its global communications strategy, strengthen corporate positioning, and enhance visibility among media, analysts, investors and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead Innoviz’s corporate narrative and external communications strategy.
• Ensure consistent messaging across press releases, corporate announcements, executive communications and other external content.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business, financial and industry media.
• Partner closely with Investor Relations to align messaging for earnings, corporate milestones and market communications.
• Support and prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements and public appearances.
• Manage external PR agencies and other communications partners.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, IR, Legal and executive leadership teams.
• Lead reputation management and support crisis communications activities when needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations or related roles in a publicly traded company.
• Proven track record developing corporate narratives and positioning strategies.
• Extensive experience working with media, journalists and industry analysts.
• Experience supporting executive communications and advising senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial and corporate communications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native level or equivalent).
• Experience managing external agencies and service providers.
