Integrated Marketing Lead

About the role

PointFive is looking for an Integrated Marketing Lead to act as the connective tissue across product marketing, content, field, PR, partners, web and external agencies. You will ensure all marketing pieces align, know their deadlines, and move together toward shared goals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a single, shared view of all upcoming marketing activities months in advance, enabling every team to plan against the same timeline.
• Strategically sequence launches, stories, events and partner moments so they build on each other rather than compete.
• Map inter‑dependencies for major calendar moments, identify required prerequisites, and coordinate owners to meet dates.
• Run weekly rhythms that keep product, sales, partnerships and marketing synchronized.
• Provide clear direction to agencies and external partners to ensure first‑time right delivery.
• Detect slipping timelines early, intervene, and re‑align stakeholders before issues become problems.

Required profile

• Hands‑on B2B tech marketing experience across multiple disciplines (events, content, product marketing, community, sales, etc.).
• Proven track record of building programs, communities or events from scratch and keeping many moving parts on schedule.
• Strong planner mindset: thrives on calendars, dependencies and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable in a kind but firm manner.
• Excellent written communication in English (and Hebrew is a plus).
