Warehouse/Production Quality Inspection Leader

About the role

The Warehouse/Production Quality Inspection Leader is responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing finished medical devices and assemblies to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role combines hands‑on inspection duties with leadership of a team of Quality Inspectors, driving product excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct visual and measurement tests, read specifications, and determine acceptance or rejection status of materials and products.
• Discuss inspection results with product owners, recommend corrective actions, and select output samples for further testing.
• Communicate quality concerns to production team leaders and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Document and disposition non‑conforming material in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and the GE HC Quality Manual.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical certification with at least 2 years of experience in a medical‑device or manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing inspection team.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
