Vice President of Human Resources

About the role

ScaleOps is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to shape and execute its global people strategy as the company scales its autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure platform. Reporting to the executive team, the VP HR will partner with leaders worldwide to build a high‑performance culture and support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a global HR strategy aligned with ScaleOps’ business objectives.
• Lead organizational planning, workforce strategy, performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive workforce planning, hiring and onboarding across multiple regions.
• Design and scale HR processes, policies, systems and infrastructure for a distributed workforce.
• Strengthen the company culture of excellence, ownership, speed and accountability.
• Coach and develop managers to become effective people leaders.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement and retention programs.
• Leverage people data and analytics to identify risks and inform decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in all operating locations.
• Build and lead a global HR and People Operations team.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR or People functions in a fast‑growing, global technology company.
• Track record of scaling organizations through significant growth and change.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to link people strategy to company performance.
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, performance management and employee relations.
• Knowledge of global employment practices, especially in the United States and Israel.
• Comfort operating both strategically and hands‑on.
• Excellent communicator who can influence leaders and handle sensitive situations with sound judgment.
• Data‑driven mindset.
