About the role
Start your career in Tech Recruitment – no experience needed! This role offers hands‑on experience from day one in a young, dynamic environment. You will join a growing team in Ramat Gan, near the train station, and work full‑time, five days a week. Full training is provided, giving you real growth opportunities as you develop your recruiting skills.
Key responsibilities
- Source and connect with candidates to build a talent pipeline.
- Publish roles across social platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Work with advanced recruitment tools and systems to streamline the hiring process.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology or Communication.
- Strong learning ability, motivation, and goal orientation.
- Great interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Sales experience – a plus.
