About the role

Aran Software is expanding its HR team in Caesarea and seeks a motivated Technical Recruiter. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring top‑tier technology talent to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑lifecycle hiring for a variety of technical positions.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced sourcing tools, and databases.
• Conduct phone screenings and in‑depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through every recruitment stage, ensuring a smooth experience up to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, refine job profiles, and improve hiring strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on technical recruitment experience.
• Strong ownership, ability to work independently, and high collaboration skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on candidate engagement and business outcomes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
