Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Rimon Group, a publicly traded company operating in infrastructure, water, energy and renewable resources, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, professional and management positions across Israel and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring needs.
• Source and attract talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional channels.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews, assess candidates and provide professional recommendations.
• Guide hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Develop new sourcing channels and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing experience and strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, construction, industrial or project‑based roles is a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of English and Hebrew proficiency.
