Employee Experience & Admin Senior Manager

About the role

Alma, a global leader in medical‑aesthetic technologies, is seeking an Employee Experience & Admin Senior Manager to shape the employee journey at its Israel headquarters. You will design and deliver programmes that boost wellbeing, engagement and a strong cultural connection across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute an annual employee experience and wellbeing plan aligned with business priorities, employee needs and budget.
• Lead initiatives such as onboarding, recognition, celebrations, lifecycle moments, holidays, happy hours, team‑building activities and company events.
• Own and manage large‑scale offsites and events, including the annual retreat and management conference, handling vendors, logistics and participant coordination.
• Create creative experiences that reinforce employee connection to the company’s culture and goals.
• Manage the Employee Experience and Administration team, overseeing reception, kitchen/pantry services, office equipment, hosting and related logistics.
• Control the employee experience budget, negotiate with vendors, and oversee branding, communication, production and logistics.
• Partner with managers, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions and support global initiatives.
• Collect feedback and data to continuously improve programmes and execution.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in employee experience, welfare, engagement or a similar role, including team management.
• Proven track record of building and executing an annual employee experience or wellbeing plan.
• Experience leading large‑scale projects and events from concept through execution.
• Strong background in budget, vendor and operational process management.
• Experience in internal communications and branding.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a genuine passion for people.
