OD Lead

About the role

Delta Galil Industries is looking for an experienced OD Lead to shape and execute global organizational development strategies that strengthen culture and drive performance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on facilitation of change, learning, and AI‑enabled process redesign.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement global OD solutions and programs for targeted populations.
• Identify needs and gaps, translate them into actionable OD practices.
• Lead the annual performance cycle in partnership with Compensation & Benefits, creating support materials and education for leaders and employees.
• Drive AI‑driven process redesign initiatives, defining desired outcomes first and building efficient paths using AI tools.
• Partner with business leaders to transform processes through AI adoption and champion outcome‑first thinking.
• Conduct engagement surveys and collaborate with HR Business Partners to create action plans that boost employee engagement.
• Facilitate change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and a receptive culture.
• Assess the effectiveness of learning and development programs through feedback, evaluation and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development within global organizations.
• Strong understanding of organizational dynamics, culture and change‑management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Proven experience leading change in environments undergoing digital or AI transformation.
• Ability to approach challenges with a fresh, outcome‑focused mindset while managing enterprise‑level projects.
• Effective influencing skills with HR leaders and business partners.
