Key responsibilities

• Post job openings and source candidates across multiple platforms, ensuring a diverse talent pool.
• Conduct screening calls and phone interviews to identify top talent and assess fit.
• Negotiate offers and maintain ongoing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Lead personality‑based preparation interviews and provide follow‑up support to candidates.
• Communicate regularly with clients and manage accounts to align hiring needs with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment (advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree (advantage).
• Creativity, out‑of‑the‑box thinking and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
