About the role

Join a leading global organization as a Human Resources Specialist. You will support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, lead HR operations, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, while also contributing to recruitment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Partner with managers and employees on employee‑relations matters.
• Lead performance management and evaluation processes.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare events.
• Collaborate regularly with global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Support recruitment activities and talent‑acquisition processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Previous recruitment experience.
• Highly independent, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
