Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant in Tel Aviv. The role involves leading and designing complex compensation and benefits projects for some of Israel's leading companies, working with senior executives and compensation committees, and gaining professional experience at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and design complex compensation and benefits projects for leading Israeli companies, interacting with senior executives and compensation committees.
• Work closely with other team members on a range of compensation projects based on client needs.
• Take part in and present at client meetings at all seniority levels, including leaders, management, CEOs and board members.
• Work directly with client stakeholders such as managers, VP HRs, CFOs, CEOs and board members.

Required profile

• Compensation and benefits experience of 5+ years.
• Experience with high-tech and global companies (required).
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in Hebrew and English, with a proven track record of working in English.
• Ability to work flexibly, including in unusual hours.
• Driving licence.
• Consulting or project manager experience is an advantage.

• Strong Excel skills, including complex functions and pivot tables (advantage).
