People Operations Manager

About the role

As Eleos Health grows across Israel and the US, it is looking for a People Operations Manager to sit at the centre of how its People team operates. The role combines hands-on People Operations with strong project and business operations ownership, supporting employees throughout their lifecycle while keeping the People team clear, disciplined and moving forward. It suits someone early in their career who enjoys making things work better.

Key responsibilities

• Support key People processes including performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, engagement and organizational changes.
• Keep the People team's priorities and projects organized, visible and moving forward, and track where initiatives stand and what needs to happen next.
• Prepare for key meetings, capture decisions and action items, and ensure follow-up happens.
• Help set up team cadences, project trackers and simple ways of working that create clarity and accountability.
• Connect HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders so work stays aligned.
• Identify unclear, manual or inefficient processes and help build simpler, scalable ways of working.
• Use data, AI, automation and new tools to improve visibility and reduce manual work.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, project management, business operations or a similar role.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through, with strong project management instincts and high ownership.
• Empathetic, service-oriented, with no ego, and able to work comfortably with systems, processes, data and documentation.
• Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Nice to have: experience in a global or fast-growing technology company, and experience supporting performance, compensation, talent or organizational processes.

Required skills

• HRIS platforms (nice to have: bamboo or similar)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Comfortable using AI, automations and better ways of working
