Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Global GTM Hiring

About the role

Cymulate, a continuous security validation platform for cyber-security, is looking for an experienced, proactive and business-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its HR team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and international markets, with a strong focus on Global Go-to-Market (GTM) hiring, and work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across departments and global locations, focusing on Go-to-Market roles
• Recruit for Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success and technical positions
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on hiring strategy, talent markets and recruitment decisions
• Build sourcing strategies, talent maps and pipelines for key positions across geographies
• Run recruitment from sourcing through offer negotiation, ensuring a great candidate experience
• Use recruiting analytics and KPIs to track hiring progress and improve efficiency
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimise sourcing, screening and daily workflows
• Help define role requirements, interview processes and evaluation criteria, and contribute to employer branding

Required profile

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including recent in-house experience in a global technology company
• Proven experience recruiting Go-to-Market talent internationally
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Required skills

• Strong sourcing and headhunting, including engaging passive candidates globally
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve recruitment
• Organised, able to handle many priorities in a fast-paced environment
