Technical Project Manager - Israeli Navy Background

About the role

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager with an Israeli Navy background. The role involves leading technological projects from planning through execution and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technological projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage schedules, priorities, tasks, and project deliverables.
• Translate operational and customer needs into technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress and drive solutions to technical and operational challenges.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Required profile

• Israeli Navy background – required.
• Previous project management experience – required.
• Officer experience, career service, or significant reserve service in the Israeli Navy – strong advantage.
• Technological/operational background in systems, communications, electronics, control, infrastructure, or similar environments.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive processes forward.
• High motivation to grow within technological project management.
