About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI and Data Science professionals.
• Drive design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and computer vision solutions.
• Partner with Software, Systems, Product, Clinical, and Data teams to deliver high‑impact technologies.
• Define technical strategy, project priorities, and development roadmaps.
• Ensure high‑quality research, experimentation, and production‑ready implementations.
• Present technical progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and global stakeholders.
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth within the team.

Required profile

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Proven experience leading AI/ML or Data Science teams.
• Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Image Analysis.
• Experience developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead complex cross‑functional projects in a global environment.
