אודות התפקיד
נספרסו מגייסת רכז/ת משאבי אנוש למטה בפתח תקווה.
אחריות מרכזית
- ניהול תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה עבור מערך הבוטיקים ומוקד השירות, כולל ליווי מועמדים ומנהלים.
- ליווי תהליכי קליטה וסיום העסקה.
- מתן מענה שוטף לעובדים ולמנהלים בנושאי HR.
- ניהול נתוני עובדים ובקרות במערכות משאבי אנוש.
- אחריות על תהליכים אדמיניסטרטיביים ועמידה בנהלים.
- עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים פנים-ארגוניים.
פרופיל נדרש
- ניסיון של שנה עד שנתיים בתפקיד HR Coordinator או HR Specialist.
- יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובסביבה מרובת משימות.
- סדר, ארגון ודיוק ברמה גבוהה.
- יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה מול ממשקים רבים.
- אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד.
כישורים נדרשים
- שליטה גבוהה ב‑Excel.
- שליטה גבוהה ב‑PowerPoint.
