Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Specialist to join our Tel Aviv office. The role combines full‑cycle recruitment, employee‑experience initiatives and, for the first six months, office‑management responsibilities, operating in a hybrid model (four days on‑site).

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for AdTech, Marketing, Data and Business positions, partnering with hiring managers.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, Workday and other channels while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Manage CV screening, phone interviews, coordinate professional and HR interviews, and maintain recruitment pipelines.
• Identify and implement AI, automation and digital tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, wellbeing programs and company events.
• Organise career fairs and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• During the first six months, manage office operations, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships and budget oversight; thereafter act as backup to the part‑time Office Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, HR or a related field.
• Fluent Hebrew and high‑level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Minimum three years of talent‑acquisition experience, preferably in‑house within a global company.
• Proven experience using ATS tools such as Workday for technical and business roles.
• Strong organisational skills, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
