System Integration and Validation Leader

About the role

The System Integration and Validation Leader is responsible for defining and driving the optimal strategy to integrate all subsystems and validate the transport system. Reporting hierarchically to the Project Validation, Test & Acceptance Manager, the role ensures seamless integration from factory tests to on‑site validation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the System Integration & Validation strategy, leveraging FATs, mock‑ups, type tests, offshore integration tests and on‑site testing.
• Coordinate validation methods with all subsystems, ensuring requirements are exported to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain the I&V timeline, collect validation evidence, and support system acceptance documentation.
• Lead the testing program in collaboration with the System Testing Manager and manage customer acceptance of the I&V approach.
• Support certification and homologation activities together with the Safety Assurance Manager.
• Identify and schedule off‑site tests on the HN Test Bed to secure integration and validation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (electrical, mechanical, electronic or computing) from a recognized school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and validation within a similar transport or industrial environment.
• Hands‑on experience in laboratory, factory or platform testing.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including consortium partners and subcontractors.
