התפקיד כולל:אחריות על ניהול ועדכון מסמכים מבוקרים תיאום ומעקב אחר משימות מול ממשקים גלובליים ופנימייםתמיכה בתהליכי שחרור אצוות ותפעול פעילויות במערכות השונות בארגוןעדכון ותחזוקה שוטפת של דפי עבודה לאריזה ומסמכי ייצור מבוקריםתכלול דרישות ובקשות מגורמים גלובליים והעברתן לגורמים הרלוונטיים בארגון תוך מעקב אחר השלמת המשימות.טיפול בתהליכי השמדות מוצרים, כולל דיווח במערכות, הורדת מלאים ותיעוד נדרש.עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים שונים בארגון.Requirements:השכלה אקדמית או הנדסאי/ת בתחום רלוונטי שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office, בדגש על Excel וWord.אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד (קריאה, כתיבה והתכתבות שוטפת)יכולת עבודה מול ממשקים מרובים וניהול מספר משימות במקבילהיכרות עם מערכות ERP כגון SAP -יתרון Show more Show less
