Sponsor Dedicated CRA II / Sr. CRA – Remote (Israel)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join a dedicated team serving a major global pharma sponsor. This permanent, remote position involves full‑cycle clinical trial monitoring for Israeli sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and select investigators, develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Negotiate site budgets, track site Clinical Trial Agreements, and manage site‑specific monitoring tools.
• Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring compliance with trial documents and procedures.
• Oversee clinical drug supply management, including storage, temperature logs, and accurate inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on monitoring experience with Israeli sites on pharmaceutical trials.
• Fluent in Hebrew and proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 75 % of the time for site visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Oncology / Hemato‑Oncology study experience (preferred).
• Risk‑Based Monitoring (RBM) methodology (highly preferred).
