Medical Representative / Disease Area Specialist (Renal)

About the role

The Medical Representative / Disease Area Specialist (Renal) will be the face of Novartis to healthcare professionals in the northern region of Israel, driving customer engagement and sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

Key responsibilities

• Drive competitive sales growth by personalising and orchestrating customer engagement journeys for target HCPs using multiple channels and content.
• Build sustained collaboration with HCPs, share insights, and adjust territory and account plans based on data sources.
• Deliver customer‑centric experiences beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the healthcare environment.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross‑functional teams to develop solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.

Required profile

• Life sciences degree with 2–3 years of experience as a medical representative, product specialist, nurse or research coordinator.
• Proficient in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
• Good understanding of strategic marketing, product commercialization, and sales processes.
