Sponsor Dedicated Clinical Research Associate (II/Sr) – Remote Israel

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to work permanently on a dedicated global pharma sponsor. The position is home‑based in Israel and involves extensive travel to monitoring sites.

Key responsibilities

• Assess potential investigators and determine site suitability.
• Develop and adapt recruitment and retention strategies for sites.
• Negotiate investigator budgets, track site contracts, and manage site initiation, monitoring and closure visits.
• Ensure clinical drug supplies are available, properly stored, and accurately inventoried.
• Create site‑specific monitoring tools and conduct investigator and site‑staff training.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on monitoring experience with Israeli sites.
• Fluent in Hebrew and proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Clinical trial monitoring.
• Risk Based Monitoring (RBM) experience.
• Oncology/Hemato‑Oncology study experience (preferred).
