About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads delivery of complex, high‑value projects that are strategically critical for the organization. This senior‑level position requires strong leadership, cross‑functional insight, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, and execution of strategic projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Guide project teams through ambiguity, ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery, and maintain the highest quality standards for customers.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, governance structures, and communication strategies; monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, oversee vendor performance, and handle change orders and contract modifications.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, forecast costs, and prepare financial reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive project management experience, including leading highly complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and Jira.
• Experience in contract negotiation, vendor management, and financial budgeting for projects.
