Maintenance Technician for Automated Logistics Centre

About the role
The Maintenance Technician joins Dematic's on‑site Service and Maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of a customer logistics centre. You will proactively detect system faults, perform repairs and support continuous improvement of the facility.
Key responsibilities
- Execute planned and unplanned maintenance and repair activities in line with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of spare and wear parts and conduct functional tests on installed or replaced components.
- Report faults, spare‑part consumption, special events and improvement suggestions to the Site Manager.
- Supervise repair work performed by subcontractors and carry out small work orders.
Required profile
- Practical education in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Valid electrical license and driver’s licence.
- Minimum two years of maintenance experience in automated distribution warehouses.
- Willingness to work irregular hours or shift system as needed.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens S7 and Allen‑Bradley).
- Hands‑on experience with electrical and mechanical systems in a logistics environment.
