Quality Engineer (Root Cause Analysis)

About the role

The Quality Engineer will manage customer complaints, improve product quality, and enhance production processes. The role works closely with production engineering and customer service to implement effective solutions on the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze customer satisfaction surveys.
• Identify root causes of complaints using RCA methodologies and apply preventive actions.
• Ensure and improve the quality of production processes in collaboration with production engineering.
• Write quality specification procedures for products.
• Conduct internal quality audits on production lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality engineering or CQE.
• Technical background in electronics and mechanics, with understanding of drawings and procedures.
• At least three years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience managing RCA using 8D, 5Y, 3A methodologies.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the field of quality.
