Senior Project Manager – Complex Strategic Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager leads delivery of complex, high‑value, strategically critical projects, acting as a trusted partner to customers and aligning outcomes with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project teams through ambiguity and complexity across the full project life‑cycle.
• Lead initiation, planning, and execution of strategic projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using advanced project‑management tools.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and reporting, and resolve conflicts.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts with vendors, monitor performance, and handle change orders.
• Control project budgets, track expenses, forecast costs, and prepare financial reports for senior leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and lead problem‑solving efforts.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive project‑management experience, including leading cross‑functional, high‑impact projects.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets, negotiate complex contracts, and mentor junior project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred; PMP certification highly desired.
