Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager

About the role

Galia Lahav, a world‑renowned luxury fashion house specializing in couture bridal and evening wear, is seeking a Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to join its team in Tel Aviv. The role focuses on overseeing the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor production processes from order receipt through completion.
• Build production plans and schedules and closely monitor execution.
• Coordinate and synchronize between production teams, ateliers, and different departments across the company.
• Monitor production capacity, workload, and priorities, responding to changes in real time.
• Track order progress and ensure production timelines are met.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps in the production process and drive solutions with relevant teams.
• Prepare reports and monitor production data and performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) – required.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment – required.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
• Good English proficiency.
• Experience in the fashion or textile industry – an advantage.
