Senior Mobile Developer – Flutter (Central Israel)

About the role

Join a leading healthcare organization in Central Israel as a Senior Mobile Developer. You will play a pivotal part in transitioning the company to a Flutter‑first development strategy while delivering high‑quality mobile applications for Android and iOS.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter, native Android, and iOS frameworks.
• Lead the migration to a Flutter‑first architecture and build scalable mobile infrastructure.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and enforce clean‑code standards.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with senior engineers on platform direction.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
• Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Flutter development.
• 2+ years of native Android and/or iOS development.
• Practical experience with GenAI, agents, or MCP technologies.
• Strong understanding of mobile architectures, modular app design, and multi‑threaded programming.
• Proven ability to write testable code and create unit tests.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive engineering mindset.
