Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Connecteam, a fast-growing startup focused on improving the deskless work experience, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Fullstack Developer. The role sits at the heart of AI coding: the team builds with agentic coding frameworks to accelerate feature delivery, while handling high-scale challenges from responsive UI/UX to robust backend services for over 1 million daily active users.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a cross-functional product group (Sales, CS, Support, Data and Marketing) to understand customer needs, define the roadmap and run weekly sprints.
• Architect, code and deploy features to production at a massive scale.
• Lead by example in using advanced AI prompting and agentic workflows to automate boilerplate, optimize debugging and increase the team's delivery velocity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
• Proven experience scaling services to millions of active users using containerization (Kubernetes) and modern cloud platforms.
• Active experience with AI prompting, integration of AI APIs and a strong desire to integrate agentic coding frameworks into daily engineering work.

Required skills

• Backend services in Python and/or robust frontends in React or React Native.
• Databases, queues, state management (MobX, Redux) and microservices architectures.
