Senior Product Manager

About the role

Eleos Health builds a system of action for community-based care, using its Polaris AI to help behavioral health, hospice, home health and other care teams act proactively. As a Senior Product Manager you will work cross-functionally to take products from conception to launch, connecting the technical, clinical and business worlds. You will be a primary domain owner reporting to the Group Product Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research, development, rollout and optimization of new products in a dynamic environment.
• Own product strategy within a key domain, balancing net-new innovation with scaling existing product lines.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs aligned with customer needs and strategic goals.
• Work with engineering, data science, customer success and sales to bring high-impact solutions to market.
• Run complex data analysis to identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Support market education efforts to promote new product adoption.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products.
• Comfortable working across engineering, data science, sales and clinical teams.
• Data-savvy, user-obsessed, focused on outcomes over output.

Nice to have

• Experience with data science or AI/ML-driven products.
• Healthtech or behavioral health background.
• User research or human-centered design background.
• Startup and scaling product team exposure.
